At Every Space Essentials, we’re committed to offering a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at:

If the cancellation request is approved before dispatch, the amount paid (if applicable) will be refunded to the original payment method.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Exchanges

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

If you would like to purchase a different item, quantity, or variant, we recommend placing a new order directly through our website.

If your order has not yet been shipped, you may contact us to request cancellation and place a fresh order for your preferred product.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • a damaged product, or
  • an incorrect item

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

with:

  • Your Order Number
  • Clear photos of the product received
  • Photos of the outer packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review the request and assist accordingly.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered only in cases where a product is received damaged during transit or the wrong item has been delivered.

To qualify for review:

  • Product must be unused
  • Product must be in original packaging
  • Product must not be broken, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images

Refund requests may not be approved if the product shows signs of use, physical damage after delivery, missing packaging, or delayed reporting beyond the review window.

Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery orders, approved refunds may be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

Refund timelines may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
